We install and repair the wet and dry utilities that subdivisions, commercial sites and municipalities depend on — from a single bore under a driveway to a full run of main line.

Trenchless bores under roads, driveways, ditches, parking lots and existing utilities to install conduit and pipe without open-cutting the surface. Directional drilling is the core of what UGI does: pilot bore, ream, and pull-back, tracked and staked from entry to exit.

Water main and service line installation, tie-ins, valves, taps and repairs — including work in tight corridors alongside live lines and existing utilities.

Gravity sewer, force main, manholes and storm drainage installed to line and grade, with trench protection and backfill handled as part of the work — not as an afterthought.

Conduit systems, duct bank, vaults and handholes for fiber and communications carriers, placed by directional bore or open cut depending on what the corridor allows.

Utility excavation, backfill and compaction, related concrete, and paving restoration so the road, drive or yard is returned to serviceable condition when the utility work is done.
Approach
Most of the risk in underground utility work is what nobody accounted for: an unmarked service, a shallow gas line, a drainage structure in the bore path. Our crews are built around working carefully around existing utilities and keeping the job moving.
Scope review, utility locates, and a bore or trench plan that accounts for depth, cover, clearance and access before equipment rolls onto the site.
Hand-exposing and careful excavation where the drawings and locates leave doubt. Heavy equipment operated deliberately around live water, sewer, gas, power and communications.
Bore, lay, tie in and test to the specification for the system — with daily communication so the general contractor or owner always knows where the utility work stands.
Backfill and compaction, concrete and paving repair, and cleanup, so the finished work is judged by the surface as much as the pipe below it.
